week two
Nearly half a stone lighter and now upto six miles ran, things are beginning to feel slightly better and my mood is on the rise. Six days a week exercise feels good at the moment, not missing the chocolate or the beer. I keep telling people it's all in the mind both running and dieting.
Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my blog-I hope you enjoy it and don't find it too boring. I hope to succeed in my challenge and raise a few quid for charity on the way.
