The long and winding road


Today is the start of my Marathon training plan. I am building up to September the fifth and Wolverhampton. The thought is scaring me, full of self doubt. Firstly today's weight watchers weigh in I am hoping that I am back in the gold zone. I am taking a different route to this race, no sprinting, running on soft groung etc, just mile after mile. The plan routes are on fetcheveryone, all organised. Cross training needs to be incorporated-the gym on Wednesday. Going to give blood later today, get down there everyone.

  2. today's run was murder too bloody hot and I think my nutrition is sadly lacking

  3. ran yesterday evening 8.30 minute miles had nothing in my legs but pleased with the time.
