start me up
Finally clear of illness and today started the first steps getting back to fitness. Three miles today was tough and tomorrow perhaps foolishly, am going to attempt ten slow miles. Six weeks to get up to 26.2 miles gulp.
Hello and thanks for taking the time to look at my blog-I hope you enjoy it and don't find it too boring. I hope to succeed in my challenge and raise a few quid for charity on the way.
