curse of the gout

Woke up this morning with an ache in my toe and a feeling it was a return of gout. Had a really nice session at a gym,pre arranged free of charge "trial" the highlight was a brilliant bike work out racing around a dirt track compter generated. Sitting here now with a pain in my foot, its back and I am dreading tonight's kip.
