ten week plan

Pinched a plan of the internet-ten weeks to half marathon runner. I only have nine weeks and two days until my first half marathon. Three miles to day the lay off and xmas has set me back a bit, knee issues seem better-physio Friday. Up for another run tomorrow four miles this time, nice and slow-hopefully no snow, ice and a running partner to keep me in check.
