two down eight to go
finishing week two on a high. I have been to physio and have been told I have a dodgy hip. I have got to do three different exercises twice a day and can continue to run.Three miles tonight nice and easy. Looking forward to a nice six miles on Sunday. Need to get back to eating properly.

thw week finished with an extremly tough 6 miles up hill-realised that nutrition is as vital as fitness both cardio and generally.
