I have created a little group for morale support on facebook-so far over twenty members. still no response on the charity-have been pointed in the direction of British heart foundation and possible sponsorship. Thanks for the kind support. Group growing and I have a response from the prostate charity

Did a short test on the treadmill at the gym-still not 100% but getting there.
